Are you talking to me or Laitysha?
Because if you're talking to me, you click on Quote and then you type in your message.

If you're talking to Laitysha:
Go to Profile (it's below the forum title) and then to Refrences. Click on Yes next to "Always attach my signature".
Then go to Signature.
Then leave the page there and open a new tab or window. In Laitysha's case, she Googled "Glitterkiss.com" and generated her name. Then she goes back to her signature and she copies and pastes the BB code Glitterkiss.com gave her.
